Un paio di mesi fa ho chiesto quanto costasse fare una pergamena papale per il matrimonio di mia figlia, mi è stato risposto da una commessa al quanto spaesata che il costo si aggirava intorno alle 30 euro. Bene la prenoto dandogli un anticipo. Oggi al ritiro mi ritrovo a pagare 50 euro. Vi sembra un atteggiamento professionale questo. Forse chi gestisce tale attività dovrà meditare non poco se ritiene di doversi proporre a pubblico con l'intenzione di prendere per i fondelli la propria clientela. Premetto che se mi avessero detto sin da subito che il costo era di 50 euro l'avrei presa ugualmente considerato che era un desiderio averla e in tal caso non si bada a spese. È una questione di principio. Meditate gente. Poor professionalism and unreliability.
