E	ED G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you value costumer service as I do I personally think that I have to warn you to buy here. And I could punish myself not to have read the other comments here who describe the same behaviour in case of a necessary return. Delivery was about 16 weeks instead of 6-7, no preannouncement when they finaly arrived. They simply left the packages in front of the door under sun and rain. No manual enclosed (new furniture?) and they were not willing or able to provide one. They sent some rather selfmade photos later after several complaints which missed the decisive part of construction. I revocated the contract - they try to refuse; I withdraw because of the missing instruction to assemble - they simply ignore, The best thing: They called this a "threat" and refused further communication at all. No sorry, no excuse. They call this support or cooperation (see below), who do they humiliate with this behaviour? Bad service, bad emotions…. There must be better alternatives in Italy I am sure. I must kill myself before I would buy there again.

The people from Arredamenti Martinel were always very responsive: from the first email (price quotation) to the last email (delivery follow up). The delivery to Switzerland was a bit complicated (I mean it was a bit uneasy to agree on date and time), but otherwise all went well, including the delivery itself - was done on agreed date and time. The quality of furniture is very good, I've been using it for 8-9 months already.

Contact was very professional, so I decided to order three Riva chairs. Price was more than competitive (saved several hundreds € !!), delays 1 month and 1/2 (!) faster than local sellers ! Would definitely recommend, very positive experience !

They were helpful choosing the right materials (some were listed on the manifacturer website, but not the Martinel store). They were responsive while we were eagerly waiting for the bed and delivery was pretty fast once dispatched. I can recommend them and would shop here again.

D	Darren Stafford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a real pleasure sitting here in my lounge room with the Cassina sofa that I purchased from Arrendamenti Martinel. You will note that I have said with - and that's because I can't sit on it (and I was being a little sarcastic). The sofa was faulty when it arrived, and after 18 months, the replacement piece arrives - no tools, instructions only in Italian (thanks so much Google Translate) and despite our requests for assistance, we have only been met with silence or at best a note acknowledging that there is indeed a problem. So here I sit on the floor writing this review to warn others. Go somewhere else to purchase your items. Somewhere where if there's a problem, they'll deal with it quickly and offer assistance instead of not getting back to you as promised and ignoring you and not replying to calls or messages (and yes Alice - that is indeed you I am referring to, as well as the rest of the team).
