★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, tranne la settimana scorsa quando sono andata per fare le lenti, le tre commesse ridevano sguaiatamente, sembravano al bar! Per più di 10 minuti ho aspettato che finissero di raccontarsi i fatti loro...veramente maleducate.
I always had a great time, except last week when I went to do the lenses, the three shop assistants laughed rudely, they seemed at the bar! For more than 10 minutes I waited for them to finish telling their facts ... really rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stella risulta più che sufficiente per la grandissima maleducazione della COMMESSA. Un cliente lo si deve aiutare e cercare una soluzione non fare la MALEDUCATA; tutto ciò a dimostrazione della poca maneggevolezza nel rapporto col pubblico.
Oltre a ciò, va aggiunto il fatto che negli ultimi anni la qualità è scesa notevolmente, a segno di un utilizzo di materiale scadente dato il deterioramento dei prodotti( con gradazioni ovviamente).
1 star is more than enough for the great rudeness of the SALESMAN. A customer has to be helped and look for a solution not to be RUDE; all this demonstrating the lack of handling in the relationship with the public.
