Mi reco da loro una sera, chiedo un'offerta e mi rispondono che non hanno tempo di farlo, lascio la fotocopia del libretto, numero di cellulare e indirizzo mail e gli chiedo di inviarmelo appena possibile. Aspetto un giorno, alle 18:40 del giorno dopo chiamo chiedendo dell'offerta pensando di aver
sbagliato nel dargli il numero o l'indirizzo. Mi rispondono dicendo che non lo aveva fatto perché stava lavorando con un tono poco amichevole. Visto che era al telefono mi risponde ma si capiva dal tono che era poco interessato. Sarà anche il più bravo della provincia ma onestamente sono rimasto perplesso dai modi.
You don't judge professionalism because I don't know them. My colleagues had suggested Gallerani to me as one of the best in Cento. I go to them one evening, ask for an offer and they reply that they don't have time to do it, I leave the photocopy of the booklet, mobile number and email address and ask them to send it to me as soon as possible. I wait one day, at 6:40 pm the next day I call asking for the offer thinking I have
wrong in giving him the number or address. They reply saying that he didn't do it because he was working with an unfriendly tone. Since he was on the phone he answered me but it was clear from his tone that he was not very interested. He will also be the best in the province but honestly I was puzzled by the ways.
