O	Omar Filippini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confermo quanto scritto da Alessandro Rossi: avevamo in mano un preventivo da fine 2019 (pre-pandemia) per la realizzazione di un cappotto. a causa del primo lockdown si è tutto fermato poi non appena è stata ventilata l'ipotesi dell'ecobonus al 110% sono stati loro stessi a cercarmi per propormi il lavoro completo. Ho accettato questo (a Maggio) e da lì è stato un continuo cercarli, prima doveva uscire il testo della legge, poi il decreto attuativo e fin lì han sempre risposto finché finalmente al 21 Agosto 2020 a decreti attuativi ormai pubblicati, si sono fatti di fumo. Il personaggio col quale avevo avuto a che fare non ha mai più risposto a messaggi o chiamate mentre chiamando in sede mi sono sentito dire che erano già pieni fino alla fine del periodo durante il quale il decreto sarà in vigore. Mi avevano promesso che mi avrebbero richiamato per farmi sapere se questo personaggio aveva qualche impresa di sua conoscenza disponibile (è un geometra che lavora da loro come esterno) ma naturalmente anche su questo fronte non hanno mai dato risposte. Mi chiedo quanto lavoro abbiano se un cliente che era già in lista da 9 mesi si sia ritrovato fuori dai giochi.. beati loro! Serietà e professionalità zero. Tutte le ditte appaltate hanno dato una disponibilità estrema ogni operaio uguale tutti assieme hanno risolto ogni imprevisto che accadeva. Sostituito caldaia infissi porta tapparelle abbiamo avuto le zanzariere pavimenti nuovi in terrazzo tendone tutto fatto con grande professionalità considerando anche il fatto che ogni singolo appartamento era occupato dai proprietari e lavorare con persone dentro non è sempre semplice. L'esterno del palazzo è bellissimo. Il signor Tassi sempre disponibile ad ogni email lasciata è passato più volte anche per tranquillizzare sia il personale che i condomini. Per non parlare del capo cantiere amin persona squisita sempre tranquillo e sempre pronto a risolvere ogni imprevisto. Dico solo che terminato i lavori del terrazzo mi ha portato all'esterno un grande mobile che avevo in precedenza tolto per i lavori. Tutto questo per dire che ha aiutato ogni singolo condomino anche in momenti dove non era obbligato. Io ringrazio di vero cuore tutte queste persone per ciò che ho avuto. In casa mancano tutte le ridi iture delle finestre. Dopo sei mesi..... Poca serietà soprattutto delle ditte in sub appalto... E ogni volta che si nota qlc che non va sempre la solita risposta... Cosa volete tanto non pagate niente.... Ci sono tante altre ditte più serie che vi consiglio... Many words, few facts ....
