r	rita cannata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver fatto 40, e dico 40 tentativi di chiamata in segreteria del centro medico, in cui ogni tentativo dava occupato, per avere delle informazioni per le quali non era neanche necessario chiamare il medico di famiglia; ci siamo detti: "Ci richiameranno." Alla richiamata di una "gentile e cordiale" operatrice, questa ci riferisce di non essere tenuta a richiamare per dare delle informazioni, ma solo in caso di urgenza e che ci stava facendo un favore, una cortesia. Nessun servizio di richiamata o prenotazione della chiamata che consenta alle gentili operatrici di lavorare in modo più sereno e non prendere di vista i principi della buona educazione. Assurdo, se questa è la serietà con cui lavorate..... La visita in sé si è svolta nella norma, e non ho nulla da segnalare. Il posto è comodo da raggiungere e vicino ha un sacco di parcheggio gratuito. Particolare, e sicuramente deludente è invece stato il procedimento di prenotazione. Ho telefonato. Mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero richiamato. Sono passate intere settimane ( forse più di un mese) prima che si rifacessero sentire. I went to this medical center to do the medical examination for the sporting activities of the children. The visit itself was normal, and I have nothing to report. The place is convenient to get to and has plenty of free parking nearby. The booking procedure was particular, and certainly disappointing. I phoned. They told me they would call me back. It was weeks (maybe more than a month) before they came back.

Arrivo al nuovo appuntamento e dopo aver atteso un quarto d'ora mi dicono che sono in ritardo di un'altra mezz'ora. Percezione di grande disorganizzazione First experience. After making an appointment, they call me two days before saying that the doctor is not there and they postpone the appointment.
