 I did a quick swab (covid-19) here. I made the online appointment, very easy. Everyone was very nice and the tampon was also very easy. They printed my results in English and Italian. Very very useful !! Thank you!!

First access with a podiatry visit for my mom. Patient, professional, very kind doctor. She looked after my mom's feet excellently. We will definitely always come back here. Center opened in April, completely new and well maintained.

I had booked for two times, twice alerting me to the last (10 minutes earlier) that the doctor has problems, scarce, there are other clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abitando in zona vado sempre al centro medico Sant'Agostino di Porta Romana. La ragazza all'accettazione è sempre molto gentile, disponibile e comprende le esigenze dei pazienti. La struttura è pulitissima, grande quanto basta e non mi è mai capitato di vedere quel sovraffollamento fastidioso che ti porta a sentirti a disagio. Anche i medici con cui ho avuto a che fare sono sempre stati meticolosi, educati e pronti all'ascolto. Consigliatissimo.
Living in the area, I always go to the Sant'Agostino di Porta Romana medical center. The girl at the reception is always very kind, helpful and understands the needs of the patients. The structure is spotless, big enough and I've never seen that annoying overcrowding that makes you feel uncomfortable. Even the doctors I have dealt with have always been meticulous, polite and ready to listen. Highly recommended.

La disponibilità e il sorriso anche dietro la mascherina sono un valore aggiunto non di poco conto e ancora di più in questo momento. Brave. Una pecca della struttura: la mancanza di spazio all’ingresso e la totale assenza di privacy quando si è in reception.
The receptionist and the nurse on duty on 8 January in the morning were very kind. The availability and the smile even behind the mask are a not insignificant added value and even more in this moment. Brave. A flaw of the structure: the lack of space at the entrance and the total absence of privacy when you are at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to do a PCR test for traveling. This clinic was mentioned as one of the places that provide the results in English. Before booking the appointment I sent an email to double check that the result will be in English and that it will include full name, date of birth and passport number. I got a positive answer, so I booked the appointment and paid 90 euros for the express test. When I came to take the test I reminded the receptionist that I needed my passport number to be included in the report of the result. She told me that I heeded to tell it to the doctor/nurse that would perform the test. This is what I did and they put my passport number in the database. I got the result the next day and my passport number was not in the report! I went to the clinic where I performed the test, they said that they couldn't do anything because it was the lab that issued the report and they cannot call them. I called the centralized number of the clinic and I was on the phone with them the whole day asking to add the passport number to the report and every time I got different answers - "We've already done it", "We'll do it today" etc. Nothing was done until the minute of my departure. It's a shame to pay a price like that and get such poor service.
