Importante è il supporto alla persona e la cura combinata fra diversi specialisti al fine di ottenere il massimo risultato: la palestra riabilitativa in combinazione con le sedute fisioterapiche è stata per me perfetta per la ripresa dopo una frattura alla gamba, la cura della nutrizionista in combinazione con un programma di allenamento, mi hanno dato la possibilità di perdere peso e mettermi in forma.
 For years I have been using the services of the center and I have always found professionalism and competence.
Important is the support to the person and the combined care between different specialists in order to obtain the maximum result: the rehabilitation gym in combination with physiotherapy sessions was perfect for me for recovery after a leg fracture, the care of the nutritionist in combination with a training program, they gave me a chance to lose weight and get fit.

Mi capita spesso di soffrire di cervicale o dolori muscolari in generale e il team Rovatti Plan riesce sempre a rimettermi in sesto.
Dopo un piccolo intervento di appendicite, ho avuto problemi con le cicatrici in quanto si erano ingrossate ed ispessite.Loro sono riusciti tramite tecar e manipolazioni ad ammorbidirle e farle tornare normali.
Il Dottor Marco Rovatti, ti segue passo per passo durante tutto il trattamento e ti spiega nei minimi dettagli cosa sta facendo, dimostrando professionalità e una vera passione per il suo lavoro.

Professionalism and efficiency.
I often suffer from neck pain or muscle pain in general and the Rovatti Plan team always manages to get me back on track.
After a small appendicitis surgery, I had problems with the scars as they were swollen and thickened, they managed to soften them and make them return to normal through tecar and manipulations.
Doctor Marco Rovatti follows you step by step throughout the treatment and explains in detail what he is doing, demonstrating professionalism and a true passion for his work.
Competent, professional and kind team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco il Prof. Rovatti da quando era il mio professore di educazione fisica alle superiori. Grande professionalità e serietà. Finita la scuola ho cominciato ad avere problemi di scoliosi e lordosi e avendo saputo che prof. Rovatti aveva aperto un centro specializzato nel trattamento di tali patologie mi sono rivolto a lui. Dopo neanche un anno la mia postura era perfetta e non avevo più dolori.
Da allora sono passati 30 anni e a cicli periodici frequento ancora il suo centro: un team veramente straordinario e altamente qualificato!

I have known Prof. Rovatti since he was my high school physical education teacher. Great professionalism and seriousness. After school I began to have problems with scoliosis and lordosis and having learned that prof. Rovatti had opened a center specialized in the treatment of these pathologies, I turned to him. After less than a year my posture was perfect and I had no more pain.
30 years have passed since then and I still attend his center in periodic cycles: a truly extraordinary and highly qualified team!
I highly recommend it to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soddisfattissimo. Problema risolto.
Da due anni soffrivo di dolori cronici a livello lombare. I dolori si sono ridotti da 9 a 1 (dove 10 è lo stato in cui non puoi più fare una vita normale).
Io ero messo proprio male, quindi ci è voluto quasi un anno di palestra fisioterapica, due volte a settimana, più ripetere gli esercizi a casa almeno tre volte a settimana. Dopo alcune ricadute, adesso è da parecchi mesi che sto bene con un dolore cronico stabile di livello 1 (continuo a fare gli esercizi a casa quasi tutti i giorni).
Il punto di forza secondo me è il fatto che in palestra si viene seguiti molto da vicino in modo da imparare bene gli esercizi senza sbagliare. Per i casi più gravi, secondo me è obbligatorio ripetere gli esercizi a casa, perchè due volte a settimana potrebbero non bastare.

Very satisfied. Problem solved.
For two years I had been suffering from chronic pain in the lower back. The pains have reduced from 9 to 1 (where 10 is the state where you can no longer lead a normal life).
I was in really bad shape, so it took almost a year of physiotherapy gym, twice a week, plus repeating the exercises at home at least three times a week. After a few relapses, I have been fine with stable chronic pain level 1 for several months now (I still do the exercises at home most days).
The strong point in my opinion is the fact that in the gym you are followed very closely in order to learn the exercises well without making mistakes. For the most serious cases, in my opinion it is mandatory to repeat the exercises at home, because twice a week may not be enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratico calisthenics in maniera piuttosto intensa e quello che avevo bisogno era uno specialista che potesse capire quanto per me fosse importante riprendere quei movimenti che non riuscivo più a fare a causa di un'ernia espulsa. Diversi pareri medici mi indirizzavano verso l'operazione chirurgica ma non il dott. Marco Rovatti che fin dal primo trattamento mi ha tranquillizzato e improntato su un'altra strada. Ho fatto in totale 3 sedute con lui, mi ha consigliato e dato esercizi e movimenti da svolgere e i risultati si vedevano giorno dopo giorno!
I practice calisthenics quite intensively and what I needed was a specialist who could understand how important it was for me to resume those movements that I could no longer do due to an expelled hernia. Several medical opinions directed me towards the surgical operation but not Dr. Marco Rovatti who reassured me from the first treatment and set me on another path. I did a total of 3 sessions with him, he advised me and gave me exercises and movements to perform and the results were visible day after day!
