La prima dicono che la dottoressa è in malattia rientra tra 4 giorni, richiamo dopo due settimane e mentre sono in chiamata senza scusarsi ne nulla parla con un altro paziente o non so chi, richiamo oggi visto che ho una situazione delicata per avere un chiarimento almeno con un sostituto ( si tratta di 1 minuto, perché devo capire se è corretto e fa parte della terapia quello che mi sta succedendo) senza tatto ne rispetto ne EDUCAZIONE risponde dicendo che l’avrei trovato il 14, quindi tra due settimane! Maleducate, non vengono in alcun modo incontro al paziente! Mi dispiace perché con la dottoressa mi trovavo bene ma per colpa di queste mi ritrovo costretta a cambiare! Ho prenotato un'ecografia privata: il dottore gentilissimo e in anticipo. Ho trovato molto disponibile e cordiale anche la signorina all'accettazione. Ma negli ultimi periodi c'è stato un aumento di maleducazione e arroganza presso il vostro centralino. Ho chiamato per prendere l'appuntamento privatamente per mio papà e avendomi dato il giorno e l'ora si è presentato ma una volta li gli hanno detto che non risultava nessuna prenotazione e l'ortopedico non era neanche presente. Poco dopo è stato chiamato sul numero di cellulare di mio padre dicendo che era stato chiamato qualche giorno prima e mia madre (che quel giorno lavorava) avrebbe disdetto l'appuntamento, cosa non veritiera visto che poco prima era stato detto che non avevano nessuna prenotazione e questo mi sa tanto di presa in giro. Il tutto detto con un arroganza e maleducazione nei confronti di una persona che è prima di tutto una persona e non un animale e secondariamente un cliente da parecchi anni che porta comunque soldi e lavoro alla vostra struttura. Non ci vedremo più per nessun motivo e sconsiglieró di venire da voi. Bastavano solo delle scuse e un abbassamento delle arie della ragazza che ''gentilemente'' ha parlato con mio padre. Mi spiace ma non è così che si trattano le persone Rispondo alla vostra risposta: Avete chiamato il numero di mio papà e non di mia mamma. Mio papà è a casa in pensione e avrebbe sicuramente risposto.
