Competenza inesistente, empatia sotto le solette plantari ortopediche che evidentemente si vendono e sí che non si sta gestendo una pizzeria ma un negozio di ortopedia dove le disgrazie e le difficoltà dovrebbero essere il pane, letteralmente, di tutti i giorni. Telefonata effettuata il giorno prima del viaggio di nozze in cui hanno diagnosticato a mio marito una frattura del 4 e 5 metacarpo per cui, a meno di partire con il gesso, si stava cercando un tutore a quanto pare abbastanza difficile da trovare. Non contesto il non essere in grado di procurarlo ma la maleducazione è soprattutto la presa in giro di chi gestiva il negozio una volta saputo che il tutore sarebbe servito per il giorno dopo a causa di un viaggio. Riporto testuali parole che mi sono sentita rispondere " auguri e buone vacanze! Ne arriva uno all'anno ( di tutore )" . Mi sento di consigliare, quale infermiera, per il gestore / personale di migliorare la propria empatia e disponibilità e agli utenti consiglio di rivolgersi direttamente altrove.
