La risposta è stata "Attenda un attimo al telefono"... dopo altri 4 minuti hanno chiuso la comunicazione. Ho riprovato e stessa procedura dopo 35 minuti di attesa... Le recensioni negative gli fanno un baffo! Bisognerebbe andare da un'altra parte. Quando perderanno i clienti cominceranno a capire, forse. I phoned for an appointment. Non è possibile che dopo 61 minuti di attesa ( ero la numero 8) quando proprio toccava a me si chiuda la chiamata x troppo traffico telefonico!!! Non è serio, come pure quando ormai esasperata ho preso l' auto e sono partita x Treviglio, dove erano in tre allo sportello con due persone in coda, ed al mio turno mi sono lamentata spiegando l' accaduto , mi è stato risposto che lì si lavora così! Provate solo x curiosità a telefonare al Centro Gemini di Travagliato, tempi e metodi eccellenti, suggerisco di chiedere come fanno loro a fare funzionare bene la loro struttura, credo che ci sia sempre da imparare. Ho scritto più volte per avere un appuntamento e quando sono riuscita ad avere una data: la prima volta NEL FRATTEMPO hanno dato la stessa data ad un'altra persona; un'altra volta invece, non hanno letto la mia mail di conferma (ne avevano troppe) e l'appuntamento non è stato confermato. Al telefono non si riesce a parlare con nessuno. I tried to book an exam.
