Riparazioni, pezzi di ricambio, chiamate e msg di sollecito.. la sensazione che non si voglia fidelizzare il cliente è tangibile.

La collaborazione con Andrea e il suo staff è stata veramente preziosa, non capita spesso di essere assistito così, dalla scelta del prodotto, risalendo fino ai dubbi in fase di progettazione, nonchè curiosità tecniche personali.
Puntualità sulla consegna, nell'elastico di tempo che viene concesso loro dai fornitori, nonchè su ogni singolo appuntamento preso.
Personale cordiale e professionale, disponibili ad ogni chiarimento e pronti ad ogni telefonata.
Non è facile trovare una realtà sulla quale poter appoggiarsi,oltre che per la qualità dei prodotti, anche per la metodologia di lavoro
It is the second time that we use them for the complete restyling of private homes, this time the undersigned also as an Architect for his own home; as a freelance professional in the sector and as a client, I could not have been more satisfied than this. The collaboration with Andrea and his staff was really precious, it doesn't happen often to be assisted like this, from the choice of the product, going back to the doubts in the design phase, as well as personal technical curiosities.
Punctuality on delivery, in the time frame granted to them by the suppliers, as well as on every single appointment made.
Friendly and professional staff, available for any clarification and ready for any phone call.
It is not easy to find a reality on which to rely not only for the quality of the products, but also for the working methodology

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non lo conoscevamo prima, ma diversi anni fa ma moltissimi amici ci consigliarono il Centro Infissi g&g ed effettivamente avevano ragione. Avevamo acquistato in molti altri posti a Siena ma niente a che vedere...
La prima volta che siamo stati nel loro show-room siamo rimasti colpiti dalla professionalità, competenza e cordialità del personale. I prodotti che vendono sono tra i migliori sul mercato e per nostra grande sorpresa sono anche assolutamente accessibili! Dagli infissi, blindati, coperture esterne e ambienti personalizzati... siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti, anche dalla loro disponibilità in caso di riparazioni urgenti.
Ormai siamo loro clienti da anni, e possiamo dire che i lavori sono sempre stati eseguiti alla perfezione grazie alla precisione dei ragazzi; e anche la consegna è sempre stata rapida, anche se ovviamente dipende dai fornitori.
Esperienza assolutamente positiva! Esattamente come ci è stata consigliata, noi facciamo altrettanto!
We did not know it before, but several years ago but many friends recommended the G & g Fixtures Center and they were actually right. We had bought in many other places in Siena but nothing to do ...
The first time we were in their showroom we were impressed with the professionalism, competence and friendliness of the staff. The products they sell are among the best on the market and to our surprise they are also absolutely accessible! From the fixtures, armored doors, external covers and customized environments ... we were absolutely satisfied, even with their availability in case of urgent repairs.
We have been their customers for years now, and we can say that the work has always been carried out to perfection thanks to the precision of the boys; and delivery has also always been quick, although of course it depends on suppliers.
Absolutely positive experience! Exactly as it was recommended to us, we do the same!
