Siamo stati accompagnati a visitare la mostra da Imma che ci ha consigliato con competenza e discrezionalità convincendoci della bontà del prodotto e quindi all'acquisto.... Our experience at Poltronesofà di Siena was positive: my wife and I went in to get some information and we came out with a new sofa and an armchair !!! We were accompanied to visit the exhibition by Imma who advised us with competence and discretion, convincing us of the goodness of the product and therefore of the purchase ....

Il personale è cortese e molto gentile, sempre pronto a soddisfare le curiosità dei clienti e a dare i consigli giusti. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e se siete alla ricerca di qualcosa è quasi impossibile non trovarla e con una ampia scelta di prezzi diversi. Large shop with a huge selection of sofas and armchairs as well as related furniture components. The staff is courteous and very kind, always ready to satisfy the customers' curiosities and to give the right advice. Excellent value for money and if you are looking for something it is almost impossible not to find it and with a wide choice of different prices.

Io sono esigente lo ammetto, ma il negozio era vuoto e prima di spendere 1600 euro per un divano pondero e faccio domande The prices are high despite the promotion ... Nel complesso vale la pena dare un'occhiata. O	Olga Colavecchio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante tutti i divani che ho provato fossero comodi avevo parecchi dubbi perchè avendo poco spazio in casa, non vedevo nulla che potesse fare al caso mio perchè apparivano troppo grandi ma grazie ai consigli di Raffaele, sempre molto gentile, simpatico e puntuale nelle spiegazioni sono soddisfatta dell’acquisto effettuato. Consigliatissimo lo store. Although all the sofas I tried were comfortable I had many doubts because having little space in the house, I could not see anything that could do for me because they appeared too big but thanks to the advice of Raffaele, always very kind, nice and punctual in the explanations I am satisfied of the purchase made. The store is highly recommended.
C	Cosimo Padula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se abitate a un piano elevato siete spacciati. La commessa nel mio caso si e' limitata solamente a chiedere se abitassi al secondo piano e se ci fosse l'ascensore. Al momento della consegna i trasportatori si sono presentatio con il divano tutto montto, accortisi che non ci passava nel vano scale e nell'ascensore si sono fatti saldare il tutto lasciandomi il divano nel garage. La logistica per un montacarichi e a carico a sorpresa del compratore ,ovviamente ve lo dovete trovare voi. Pessimi commessi poco professionali, mi hanno causato un bel disagio piu' 250euro di montacarichi. Per mia fortuna ho un garage , altrimenti le spese per riportare il divano indietro sono a carico del compratore, in negozio ovviamente non ti dicono nulla. At the time of delivery the transporters showed up with the sofa completely assembled, realizing that it did not pass in the stairwell and in the elevator they had everything welded, leaving me the sofa in the garage. The logistics for a freight elevator are at the buyer's surprise, obviously you have to find it there. Bad unprofessional shop assistants, they caused me a lot of discomfort plus 250euro of freight elevators. Luckily for me I have a garage, otherwise the costs to bring the sofa back are borne by the buyer, obviously they don't tell you anything in the shop.
