Io ero contro Le palestre e ora ci vado almeno 2 volte a settimana Personal trainers young and very prepared .. They make you feel at ease and have many ideas between courses and activities and dinners and parties .. I was against the gyms and now I go there at least 2 times a week

Ti inviano informazioni tramite messaggi al cell. La consiglio a chi vuole tenersi in forma in un ambiente informale e cordiale. Bright and spacious gym, run by trained and qualified young guys, various courses for all from boxing to dancing, the Tutors follow you for the exercises and are very kind and helpful. They send you information via messages to the cell. I recommend it to those who want to keep fit in an informal and friendly environment.

Corsi inclusi nell'abbonamento. Frequento la palestra ormai quasi da un anno e ne sono molto soddisfatto. 5 stelle! Staff very kind and always available. To get started they make you do a free trial with a Personal Trainer. The gym costs are very fair. Courses included in the subscription. I have been going to the gym for almost a year now and I am very satisfied with it. 5 stars!

La palestra è fornita di ogni attrezzatura che si ricerchi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Il personale un po' troppo invadente.Personalmente ho avuto a che fare con un'istruttore scortese. Lato positivo : le ragazze alla reception: loro meritano 5 stelle. I went to the gym a while ago. ..a star for the tools always engaged a star for the noisy tavern chatter. Staff a little too pushy. I personally had to deal with a rude instructor. On the positive side: the girls at the reception: they deserve 5 stars.
