★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo partiti in 4 da Bologna per provare Zanatta Romeo e ne siamo rimasti veramente delusi, cucina non all’altezza della stella. Peccato!!!
Materie prime indubbiamente di qualità, ma purtroppo menù degustazione e ricercatezza dei piatti al di sotto dello standard dei ristoranti stellati. Dai piatti presentati e dal loro gusto non si percepisce la firma di uno chef stellato. Allucinante a mio avviso dato il prezzo di un menù degustazione( avendo frequentato diversi stellati in Italia) l’assenza di entrée, di un vero dessert e di piccola pasticceria. Scivoloni anche nella preparazione dei piatti ( gambero ricoperto di riso soffiato duro come pietre e rischioso per i denti).
Servizio e location ottimo ma su 11 portate neanche una che ti fa dire wow!!!! Ottimi i vini.
Four of us left Bologna to try Zanatta Romeo and we were really disappointed, the cuisine did not live up to the star. Sin!!!
Undoubtedly quality raw materials, but unfortunately the tasting menu and refinement of the dishes below the standard of starred restaurants. From the dishes presented and their taste you do not perceive the signature of a starred chef. In my opinion, given the price of a tasting menu (having frequented several starred stars in Italy), the absence of entrée, a real dessert and small pastries is hallucinating. Slips also in the preparation of the dishes (shrimp covered with puffed rice as hard as stones and risky for the teeth).
Excellent service and location but out of 11 courses not even one that makes you say wow !!!! Excellent wines.
