Probabilmente non sarei durato tre anni di seguito in altre strutture, oltre alla professionalità si respira un' aria diversa rispetto alle altre palestre, e questo alimenta la tua motivazione e determinazione nel non mollare mai. Grandi Giulio e Alex! More than a gym it is a big family. Probably I would not have lasted three years in a row in other structures, in addition to professionalism there is a different air than in other gyms, and this fuels your motivation and determination to never give up. La frequento da diversi anni, ambiente accogliente, famigliare, professionalita e disponibilita la contraddistinguono. Gruppi di lavoro molto affiatati. Ho ottenuto ottimi risultati, non potrei piu farne a meno!!! After various experiences I can say that I have found the perfect gym for me. I have been attending it for several years, a welcoming, familiar environment, professionalism and availability distinguish it. Very close-knit work groups. I got excellent results, I couldn't do without it anymore !!!

I risultati si raggiungono con il sorriso sulle labbra. Alex e Giulio sono molto preparati e competenti, sanno darti la giusta motivazione facendoti sentire sempre adeguata. Ho cambiato totalmente modo di allenarmi e di vivere la palestra, grazie Giulio! I love this gym: you work hard, sweat and make sacrifices but the harmony is such that you hardly realize it. The results are achieved with a smile on the face. Alex and Giulio are very prepared and competent, they know how to give you the right motivation making you always feel adequate. I totally changed the way I train and experience the gym, thanks Giulio!

Qui si fatica di brutto e si ottengono ottimi risultati sotto l’attenta supervisione di due professionisti preparatissimi come Giulio e Alex che non lasciano niente al caso e seguono da vicino proprio tutti…sia nell’attività individuale che in quella di gruppo…sempre nel massimo rispetto del livello e delle capacita’ di ogni singolo individuo. E poi il buonumore e’ di casa e non c’e’ niente di piu’ bello al mondo, per chi come me considera lo sport la terapia di ogni male, di allenarsi divertendosi in un ambiente familiare in cui tutti vengono accolti col sorriso! Bravi e basta! I returned to this gym after a long hiatus and nothing has changed. Here you have a hard time and excellent results are obtained under the careful supervision of two highly trained professionals like Giulio and Alex who leave nothing to chance and closely follow everyone ... both in individual and group activities ... always in the best possible way respect for the level and skills of each individual. And then good humor is at home and there is nothing more beautiful in the world, for those like me who consider sport the therapy of all ailments, to train while having fun in a family environment where everyone is welcomed with a smile!
