I Personal trainer ti aiutano ad esaudire le tue richieste con professionalità, serietà e anche una buona dose di simpatia. I corsi proposti sono sempre attuali e strutturati in un palinsesto accessibile in molte fasce orarie. Anche durante il lock down le proposte sono state molteplici e sempre interessanti. Bravi ragazzi : continuate così...anzi sempre meglio! Italian Fitness is an excellent gym where you can spend the time to devote to your physical and mental shape. Personal trainers help you to fulfill your requests with professionalism, seriousness and also a good dose of sympathy. The courses offered are always current and structured in a schedule accessible in many time slots. Even during the lock down the proposals were many and always interesting. Good guys: keep it up ... even better!
d	denise tesselli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son stata in questa palestra circa 4 anni fa Purtroppo NON mi sono trovata bene per niente,durante la dieta dovevo fare esercizio fisico piano piano senza esagerare,mi sono recata in questa palestra e sepigato il tutto si sono offerti di aiutarmi,i propietari sono 2 ragazzi,mi facevano fare degli esercizi ma spesso uno mi diceva di farne 10 l'altro ragazzo 20 uno mi faceva fare un esercizio in un modo e l'altro ragazzo in modo diverso, e spesso ero molto affaticata da questi esercizi che secondo il mio parere erano errati per la mia esigenza,parlandone anche la dietologa mi disse che non erano corretti poichè mi causavano forti dolori alla schiena e ginocchia gonfie,la palestra è piccola e spesso andavo alle 14,00 ed era vuota ma quando per lavoro dovevo recarmi alle 16-17 era un disastro, sono andata per circa 3 mesi poi ho lasciato scadere l'abbonamento, mi sono recata presso un altro posto dove hanno risolto il mio problema senza nessuna problematica,inoltre nei bagni e spogliatoi non erano mai presenti carta igenica e scottex per le mani. Mi spiace ma la sconsiglio. I was in this gym about 4 years ago Unfortunately, I did NOT find myself well at all, during the diet I had to exercise slowly without exaggerating, I went to this gym and separated everything they offered to help me, the owners are 2 boys, they made me do some exercises but often one told me to do 10 the other guy 20 one made me do an exercise in one way and the other guy in a different way, and I was often very tired from these exercises which according to my opinion were wrong for my needs, talking about them also the dietician told me that they were not correct as they caused me severe back pain and swollen knees, the gym is small and I often went at 14.00 and it was empty but when for work I had to go to 16-17 was a disaster, I went for about 3 months then I let my subscription expire, I went to another place where they solved my problem without any problems, also in the bathrooms and dressing rooms There were never any toilet paper and hand towels. I'm sorry but I don't recommend it.
