Attrezzata a dovere compresa una panchetta ad arco e una zona crossfit. Ottima la gestione, proprietario con cui poter scambiare volentieri due chiacchiere sull'allenamento. Consigliata ? Gym with a friendly environment in which (fortunately) you can breathe the air of old school. Properly equipped including an arched bench and a crossfit area. Ben attrezzata, con personale gentile, preparato e sempre pronto a consigliarti e darti una mano a migliorare! Ma cosa fondamentale per quanto mi riguarda, è che oltre ad essere ben attrezzata e con personale qualificato,ti fanno sentire come a casa! I have been going to the gym for about 3 years and I wouldn't exchange it with anyone else. Well equipped, with friendly staff, prepared and always ready to advise you and give you a hand to improve! But what is fundamental for me, is that besides being well equipped and with qualified staff, they make you feel at home!

Il personale è preparato e sempre presente in sala per eventuali correzioni, consigli o aiuto in generale. Molto attrezzata per qualsiasi disciplina: bodybuilding e fitness, weightlifting, crossfit, arti marziali. Un ambiente sereno, cosa ormai sparita a causa delle grandi catene metropolitane. Gym where you are greeted by a family and friendly atmosphere from the first day. The staff is prepared and always present in the room for any corrections, advice or help in general. Very equipped for any discipline: bodybuilding and fitness, weightlifting, crossfit, martial arts. A serene environment, which has now disappeared due to the large metropolitan chains.

È il mio posto a cui sento di poter dare il nome di "casa", posso essere me stessa e scaricare la mia rabbia, energia e molto altro. Gli istruttori sono molto competenti e preparati, ma soprattutto seguono dall'atleta che punta all'agonismo, alla mamma o al papà che vogliono rimettersi in forma, così come ragazzi più giovani che vogliono imparare a muoversi con un bilanciere e anche solo divertirsi. La consiglio molto, è un ambiente professionale ma familiare. Structure very well organized, offers everything you need to train, including an outdoor space and various courses. Offre diversi corsi.Giovanni, Santina e Simone sono sempre sorridenti e disponibili. La stessa collaborazione la si trova in tutti i clienti che frequentano questa palestra, sempre pronti ad aiutarti. I programmi proposti variano periodicamente e sono da stimolo per prefissarsi nuovi obiettivi da raggiungere. È una palestra adatta a tutte le età, anche i giovanissimi vengono seguiti attentamente. Inoltre alla Body Planet oltre a prendersi cura del proprio corpo ci si diverte tantissimo,è impossibile non chiaccherare!!! 5 star gym!
