Ho cominciato ad andarci perché costa poco (con 20 € faccio shampoo+crema+taglio+piega durante la settimana), adesso invece è perché ormai mi fido. Per la ceretta vado sempre da Veronica che oltre ad essere bravissima è davvero simpatica e riesce a distrarmi in quel momento non proprio piacevole. I started going there because it's cheap (with € 20 I do shampoo + cream + cut + fold during the week), but now it's because I trust myself. For waxing I always go to Veronica who, besides being very good, is really nice and manages to distract me at that moment that isn't exactly pleasant.

Sono estetista da 15 anni e conosco il linfo. In cassa non mi è stato fatto nessuno sconto e neanche le scuse. Mai più!!! I booked for a draining massage specifying it twice on the phone .... Result? € 40 for a classic relaxing massage but the embarrassing thing was when I asked the operator what the draining massage was ... she didn't answer! I have been a beautician for 15 years and I know the lymph. At the checkout I was not given any discount and no apologies. Never again!!!

Per motivi di tempo ho dovuto andare da un parrucchiere italiano in De angeli, il risultato è stato un disastro che free time mi ha decisamente risolto con la solita gentilezza e competenza. Grazie Mai più da un altro parrucchiere. I have been coming to the hairdresser in via meda for a long time in Milan and have always found professionalism. For reasons of time I had to go to an Italian hairdresser in De Angeli, the result was a disaster that free time definitely resolved me with the usual kindness and competence. Non ho visto disinfettare né le mani e né la sedia dove prima era seduta un'altra cliente, né mi ha fatto disinfettare le mani quando sono entrata. A parte il lavaggio con acqua fredda, dopo sono stata lasciata sulla sedia 10 minuti buoni con i capelli ghiacciati, che a gennaio non è sicuramente il massimo. Volevo togliere le doppie punte, invece sono ancora tutte qui. A parole ha detto che li avrebbe sistemati anche in alto, così da toglierle, poi questa cosa è passata nel dimenticatoio. Una volta pagato la risposta è stata 'ok apposto'. Non ero una cliente abituale e non lo diventerò sicuramente. Un pochino più di attenzione al cliente, specialmente in questo periodo.. Oltre a non avere nemmeno un bicchiere per farmi bere (stavo morendo di sete) la ragazza che mi ha tagliato i capelli, credo la figlia della proprietaria, mi ha arronzata facendomi uscire con un caschetto per niente preciso ma a scalini! A BAD word! Preso pacchetto più costoso, ma tutto quello che volevo fare io aveva un costo aggiuntivo, anche la piega, pagata la differenza e il giorno dopo non avevo più niente…. Le ragazze gentili, la proprietaria, secondo me, dovrebbe ascoltare di più il cliente, forse oggi avrei avuto il taglio che volevo e non quello che mi ritrovo….. comunque per me è no!!!! Found through Groupon, despite living in the area, never heard of….
