Sono entrato per chiedere di aprire un Rolex vintage, chiaramente pagando la cifra che mi sarebbe stato chiesto, mi è stato risposto che non è possibile e che avrei dovuto lasciare li l’orologio. Sono un collezionista e non credo che questo sia il modo corretto per acquisire clienti.. Rudeness! I went in to ask to open a vintage Rolex, clearly paying the amount I would have been asked for, I was told that it is not possible and that I should have left the watch there. I am a collector and I don't think this is the correct way to acquire customers.

Dopo 15 giorni mi viene riconsegnato l'orologio con un tasto più grande rispetto agli altri 2 ed in più con tutta la parte del display irrimediabilmente danneggiata. Ciliegina sulla torta, mi ha chiesto anche 15euro x la "riparazione" che gli ho anche dato. Giudicate voi !!! Ps in risposta alla replica del "riparatore" smemorato che ha dimenticato il primo intervento avvenuto il mese precedente alla "riparazione", dove aveva sostituito la batteria e mi aveva anche segnalato il blocco del tasto; in quella circostanza ed anche quando lo avevo riportato a sostituire il tasto bloccato, il display funzionava perfettamente e non mi era stato assolutamente detto che non sarebbe stato uguale all'originale. Cmq sperimentate di persona, ma vi consiglio di farlo con orologi ai quali non siete affezionati!! Abbiamo salvato un vecchio orologio a cui tenevo tantissimo per affetto e mi avevano dato nessuna speranza di recuperarlo, invece Renato De Luca con la passione ha impiegato un po'di tempo ma alla fine ha risolto. Grazie infinite e in bocca al lupo. Very cordial and valuable advice dictated by a lavish experience gained over the years. Sono stati superprofessionali e gentilissimi consiglio assolutamente di andarci dispongono anche di un autoclave per testare l'impermeabilita' pagherete giusto qualcosa in più ma se avete orologi a cui tenete è d'obbligo. I was in this center to repair a Luminox watch I had previously had the battery replaced ... it had some waterways. They were super-professional and very kindly. I absolutely recommend going there, they also have an autoclave to test the waterproofness, you will pay just a little more, but if you have watches you care about, it's a must.

De Luca un vecchio orologio appartenuto a mio nonno per un restyling completo e devo dire che sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto al 100%. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente. Ci tornerò di sicuro! Dopo due giorni l'orologio si è bloccato, l'ho riportato, l'hanno tenuto per 15 giorni senza avere nessuna notizia, ho chiamato io e mi hanno risposto che l'orologio non aveva nessun problema ed era perfetto. Il giorno che l'ho ritirato mi sono state riferite numerose versioni: l'orologio era caduto, la Citizen era scadente e mi hanno consigliato di venderlo. Mi riservo di comunicare anche alla Citizen Italia la scarsa professionalità.
