★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In preda al panico per la tesi, mi sono recata presso questo centro assistenza con il computer che non caricava il sistema operativo, il giorno successivo mi è stato riconsegnato con la tesi salvata, tra l'altro funzionava meglio di prima, era talmente veloce che non sembrava nemmeno il mio :)

In a panic for the thesis, I went to this service center with the computer that did not load the operating system, the next day it was returned to me with the saved thesis, among other things it worked better than before, it was so fast that it didn't even look like mine :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei ringraziarvi per la riparazione al mio laptop ed all’ottimo servizio fornito. Giusto per precisare che ho portato il mio computer portatile in diversi centri assistenza e nessuno è stato in grado di risolvere il problema, essersi rivelato infine un difetto alla scheda video.
Oltre ad individuare il problema sul chip grafico sono stati in grado di sostituirlo in tempi rapidi dalla mia consegna.
Grazie per il servizio offerto ad un costo ragionevole.
I would like to thank you for repairing my laptop and the excellent service provided. Just to point out that I took my laptop to several service centers and no one was able to fix the problem, which eventually turned out to be a video card defect.
In addition to identifying the problem on the graphics chip they were able to replace it quickly from my delivery.
Thank you for the service offered at a reasonable cost.

Avevo ritirato il mio macbook pro presso un’ altro centro assistenza a cui lo avevo portato in precedenza, mi avevano detto che la riparazione sarebbe stata eccessivamente onerosa e mi avevano proposto la vendita di un notebook nuovo. Non rassegnatomi, visto anche l’elevato importo con cui avevo pagato il mac da nuovo e quello che avrei dovuto spendere per acquistarne uno nuovo, navigando in rete ho trovato questo centro assistenza, con una modesta spesa sono riusciti a riparare il mio mac mantenendo invariati programmi e sistema operativo installato, i tempi sono stati ragionevoli, inoltre li ho trovati sempre disponibili e cortesi. Esperienza positiva ci tornerò sicuramente.
Fully satisfied with the excellent work these guys have done! I had collected my macbook pro at another service center to which I had previously brought it, they told me that the repair would be excessively expensive and they offered me the sale of a new notebook. Not resigned, also given the high amount with which I had paid for the new mac and what I would have had to spend to buy a new one, surfing the net I found this assistance center, with a modest expense they managed to repair my mac while keeping it unchanged programs and operating system installed, the times were reasonable, I also found them always available and courteous. Positive experience I will definitely be back.
