★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono andata per un anno intero...e sinceramente mi manca andarci....allenamenti testati sulla persona, allenatori simpatici e professionali, posto un po' piccolino, ma per il quartiere è perfetto. Docce meravigliose, spogliatoi enormi e pulizia impeccabile!
 I went there for a whole year ... and honestly I miss going there .... person-tested workouts, nice and professional coaches, a little bit of a place, but for the neighborhood it's perfect. Wonderful showers, huge changing rooms and impeccable cleaning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio ottimo, gli allenatori sono molto cordiali e sempre disposti ad aiutare. C'è una buona varietà di macchine ma, per motivi di spazio, ce n'è solitamente una per tipo, quindi è usuale alternarsi con qualcuno per non dover aspettare secoli prima che si liberi.
Excellent service, the coaches are very friendly and always willing to help. There is a good variety of machines but, for reasons of space, there is usually one for each type, so it is usual to alternate with someone to not have to wait centuries before he gets free.

Excellent structure, not very large but comfortable environment .. Tecnogym machines, very kind staff .. my gym for more than 4 years and I would not change it with other more well-known structures

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastica palestra su due piani, grande pulizia, professionisti nel settore fitness sempre a disposizione, proprietari attenti alle richieste dei clienti, macchinari nuovi in continua sostituzione. Il posto giusto dove allenarsi con risultati. Simpatia e disponibilità del personale, che non guasta.
Fantastic gym on two floors, great cleaning, professionals in the fitness sector always available, owners attentive to customer requests, new machines in constant replacement. The right place to train with results. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which does not hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra pulita, ben tenuta, curata nei dettagli. Il personale è molto gentile e ho trovato gli istruttori molto bravi. Tanti corsi diversi, oltre che corsi di danza. Tariffe più che giustificate dalla qualità dell'offerta che rimangono comunque parecchio più convenienti rispetto ad altre palestre in zona città studi e lambrate. La suggerirei senza alcun dubbio!
Clean gym, well maintained, with attention to detail. The staff are very nice and I found the instructors to be very good. Many different courses, as well as dance courses. Rates more than justified by the quality of the offer which are still much cheaper than other gyms in the city studies and lambrate area. I would recommend it without any doubt!

The advantages that I had found is that it's empty most of the time and that has nice environment with the interior design and its always clean... So, if you can manage to workout with limited space and machines... It suits your needs... Excellent reception, they make you feel just amazing....
