★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un hard disk per fare un tentativo di recupero memoria. Mi è stato detto che la diagnosi per verificare questa possibilità non aveva alcun costo e mi è stata consegnata una ricevuta a costo 0 €.
Al ritiro mi è stato detto che il costo per la diagnosi era 20€. È corretto far pagare il proprio lavoro ma è altrettanto corretto rispettare gli accordi iniziali, essere trasparenti e non cambiare le carte in tavola!!
I brought a hard drive to do a memory recovery attempt. I was told that the diagnosis to verify this possibility had no cost and I was given a receipt at a cost of 0 €.
Upon withdrawal I was told that the cost for the diagnosis was € 20. It is correct to charge for one's work but it is equally correct to respect the initial agreements, to be transparent and not to change the cards on the table !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto rapidi nella sostituzione dell'hard disk (sono passato ad un SSD), il costo compreso del trasferimento dati, acquisto SSD e manodopera é stato anche minore di quello che pensavo. Team giovane e preparato.
Very quick in replacing the hard disk (I switched to an SSD), the cost including data transfer, SSD purchase and labor was even less than I thought. Young and prepared team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovato benissimo, sia perché sono stati molto gentili e professionali nel risolvere il problema al mio macbook in tempi ultra rapidi, sia perché la riparazione mi è costata un prezzo assolutamente concorrenziale. Si tratta di ragazzi giovani, precisi e preparati: consiglio vivamente a chiunque abbia problemi software o hardware col computer. Sicuramente diventerò cliente affezionato anche se mi auguro di non averne bisogno troppo spesso :D Per ora grazie!!
I had a great time, both because they were very kind and professional in solving the problem with my macbook in ultra-fast times, and because the repair cost me an absolutely competitive price. These are young, precise and prepared guys: I highly recommend to anyone who has software or hardware problems with the computer. I will certainly become a loyal customer even if I hope I don't need it too often: D Thanks for now !!
