★ ★ ★ ★ ★ molto insoddisfatto. non hanno sostituito bene lo schermo la prima volta, e quando ho chiesto di rifarlo me lo hanno restituito con gli stessi problemi. sconsigliato.
very dissatisfied. they didn't replace the screen the first time, and when I asked to do it again they returned it with the same problems. not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualora alle 19,10 vi rispondesse (dopo numerosi squilli) al telefono che rimarrebbe aperto fino alle 20,30, non stupitevi se alle 20 trovaste chiuso. Se è periodo estivo di ramadàn, qualche negoziante vicino potrebbe supporre che si sia assentato per preghiere preserali e cena e che potrebbe tornare per le 21, ma anche questo potrebbe rivelarsi falso almeno fino alle 21,10 e a una verifica telefonica successiva.
In effetti a Milano l'orario normale di chiusura dei negozi è le 19,30, anche sabato.
If at 19.10 you answered (after several rings) the phone that would remain open until 20.30, don't be surprised if you find yourself closed at 20. If it is Ramadan summer time, some nearby shopkeeper might assume that he has been away for early prayers and dinner and that he could come back by 9pm, but even this could prove to be false at least until 9.10pm and a later phone check.
In fact in Milan the normal closing time of the shops is 7.30pm, even on Saturday.

Certainly not friendly, but efficient for what I needed. They also do data transfer to phones not bought from them which is very useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cellullare portato con schermo e batteria da sostituire, dico solo che per lo schermo siamo dovuti tornare 3 volte, abbiamo speso 250 euro e ancora oggi lo schermo presenta delle macchie.. Mia figlia non ha più voluto lasciarlo a sistemare visto il tempo perso o finora.. Non tornerò più e non lo consiglierò neanche.
Mobile phone brought with screen and battery to be replaced, I just say that for the screen we had to go back 3 times, we spent 250 euros and still today the screen has some spots .. My daughter hasn't wanted to leave it to fix anymore given the lost time or so far .. I will never go back and I will not recommend it either.
