s	stefano miatto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi permetto di scrivere due righe di rammarico per quanto mi è capitato presso il vs negozio rivendita del Lido di Venezia in merito ad un prodotto non originale che mi è stato consigliato dai vs dipendenti e che poi si è rivelato inidoneo sopratutto riguardo la ferramenta della tavoletta da bagno ( simil CLODIA DOLOMITE ) Infatti su consiglio dei diretti interessati alla vendita al negozio del Lido a Febbraio 2020 ( il 19 Febbraio ) ho comperato una tavoletta non originale per la tazza WC Clodia Dolomite in quanto gli stessi mi avevano assicurato che sopratutto la ferramenta era in acciaio Cosa che invece si è rivelata errata in quanto è di ottone cromato e con l'utilizzo dei prodotti bagno si è prima irrigidità e poi spezzata. Ora, capisco perfettamente che il prodotto in questione non sia riutilizzabile, però personalmente non ho mai chiesto di essere rimborsato ma solo di avere un cambio di materiale, considerato che sono 27 anni che vi consilgio ai clienti e professionisti ritenendo la vs ditta la migliore del settore nel centro storico di Venezia Mi permetto , però, di dirLe che sono rammaricato di non aver trovato una diversa disponibilità che invece normalmente nei vs 40 anni di esperienza mi sarei aspettato E non ne faccio un problema di soldi ma di rispetto per il cliente e per il professionista In ogni caso se per Lei l'unica soluzione è quella di sostituire la cerniera spezzata di ottone ( e non di acciaio come mi era stato detto ) mi adeguerò di conseguenza.
