★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena comprato da loro delle mascherine lavabili. Prodotto a mio pare molto buono, sigillate singolarmente, comode e non soffocanti. Coprono bene l’area naso bocca. Servizio ottimo e consegna super rapida. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se servono mascherine ve le consiglio.
I just bought washable masks from them. It seems to me very good product, individually sealed, comfortable and not stuffy. They cover the nose-mouth area well. Excellent service and super fast delivery. Excellent value for money. If you need masks I recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza non positiva, non so se la signora che è in negozio sia la proprietaria o meno dell'attività, ma dopo non aver confermato un preventivo, ha accusato un cliente di averle fatto perdere un sacco di tempo per nulla, scusatemi ma a me sembra un’assurdità, i preventivi esistono proprio per quello, valutare e poi decidere. Certo è che dopo questo trattamento anche se avessi bisogno di altro non mi rivolgerei più qui, ne tantomeno lo consiglierei a qualcuno, anzi!
L'educazione e la cordialità conquistano i clienti.
Not a positive experience, I don't know if the lady who is in the shop is the owner of the business or not, but after not confirming a quote, she accused a customer of making her waste a lot of time for nothing, sorry but it seems to me an absurdity, the estimates exist precisely for that, evaluate and then decide. What is certain is that after this treatment, even if I needed anything else, I wouldn't go here anymore, much less recommend it to someone, quite the contrary!
Education and friendliness win over customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ..avete presente quella sensazione di "piacere assoluto" quando vedete un oggetto di qualità?
Buttando l'occhio su un camino (funzionante) in esposizione della Ceramix bastò un attimo per esserne calamitato letteralmente e spinto a chieder informazioni di confronto rispetto al caminetto Montegrappa già installato in taverna.
La titolare, preparata sul tema, mi sorprese nel dirmi che per primo si trattasse di una stufa (esattamente!) e per secondo il suo principio di funzionamento: restai allibito tanto dalla sua semplice quanto dall'efficiente meccanica. Una stufa che autoregola l'aspirazione d'aria fresca in camera di combustione? Sarebbe come paragonare l'iniezione elettronica di carburante nelle auto.
Tempo di percepire il consumo e la resa di calore rispetto al camino già presente in casa... fu subito chiaro che sarebbe stata la scelta giusta.
A 3 mesi dall'istallazione non posso che confermare pienamente la soddisfazione dall'acquisto, grazie anche agli utilissimi consigli della titolare Tamara, e confermare 3 fattori principali:
1- il minor consumo di legna > fino a 4 ore di durata della carica, dall'accensione alla brace;
2- un potere calorico enorme (14 kw di picco nel mio caso ) ovvero quanto una piccola/media caldaia a metano
3- le riaccensioni mattutine: con la brace residua della notte basta rialimentare con legna la stufa per ridar vita alla fiamma
Concludendo…
...se siete amanti del caldo intenso e avvolgente, apprezzanti della fiamma.. passate da Ceramix e comprate una Hwam!

Throwing the eye on a (working) fireplace on display at the Ceramix it took just a moment to be literally magnetized and pushed to ask for comparison information compared to the Montegrappa fireplace already installed in the tavern.
The owner, prepared on the subject, surprised me by telling me that it was the first stove (exactly!) And secondly its operating principle: I was astounded both by its simple and by its efficient mechanics. A stove that regulates the intake of fresh air in the combustion chamber? It would be like comparing electronic fuel injection in cars.
Time to perceive the consumption and the yield of heat compared to the fireplace already present in the house ... it was immediately clear that it would have been the right choice.
At 3 months from the installation I can only fully confirm the satisfaction of the purchase, thanks also to the very useful advice of the owner Tamara, and confirm 3 main factors:
1- the lower consumption of wood> up to 4 hours of charge, from ignition to the grill;
2- a huge calorific value (14 kw peak in my case) or a small / medium-sized methane boiler
3- the morning re-ignitions: with the residual embers of the night it is enough to re-supply the stove with wood to give life to the flame again
In conclusion ...
... if you love the intense and enveloping, appreciating flame .. go to Ceramix and buy a Hwam!

Chiari professionali esaustivi nelle spiegazioni e dopo il sopralluogo, nessun POI VEDREMO ...nessun POI SISTEMIAMO.
X ogni nostra richiesta ci è stata fornita un analisi chiara dei PRO E CONTRO dei materiali ,della manutenzione, della pulizia,dei costi e dei tempi di posa,lasciando a noi libera scelta così da pianificare poi inizio e tempistica dei lavori. E cosa dire di Germano. ...un vero ARTIGIANO del bagno e non solo....uno che il suo lavoro lo fà con PASSIONE ed oggi non è poco.

Clear professional exhaustive in the explanations and after the inspection, no THEN WE WILL SEE ... no THEN WE PLACE.

And what to say about Germano. ... a real CRAFTSMAN in the bathroom and not only .... one who does his job with PASSION and today is no small thing.

I titolari sono stati molto pazienti nell'aiutarci a trovare la giusta soluzione per le nostre esigenze e l'installazione è stata rapida e tempestiva.
Consiglio sicuramente di rivolgersi a Ceramix soprattutto perché accompagnano il cliente dalla scelta del modello all'installazione fino alla conclusione delle varie pratiche amministrative e fiscali, per poi passare alla manutenzione del generatore e della canna fumaria.
We bought a wood stove with soapstone inserts on display, so discounted compared to the list price.
The owners were very patient in helping us find the right solution for our needs and the installation was quick and timely.
I would certainly recommend contacting Ceramix mainly because they accompany the client from the choice of the model to the installation until the conclusion of the various administrative and fiscal procedures, and then move on to the maintenance of the generator and the flue.

Sempre disponibile per ogni chiarimento o domanda. Nel momento del montaggio,Germano è stato molto professionale e veloce. Lui e Riccardo hanno provveduto a lasciare la casa pulita, come se non fossero mai passati.(cosa non per nulla scontata)
