(ATENZIONE ALLE REGOLE NON COMUNICATE) Premetto che ho acquistato diversi prodotti e diversi buoni regalo in questo negozio...decido di regalare un buono a mia madre per i suoi ottant'anni..lei ne spende una parte e poi, dopo circa un anno, torna per usufruire del resto della somma rimasta a disposizione..Ma.. le rispondono che non è possibile in quanto il buono è scaduto.... ....mi chiedo a questo punto per quale motivo non venga comunicata, oppure scritta la "regola" sul buono stesso al momento dell'acquisto .. ....cmq..il NO è categorico...io personalmente a una donna di quell'età avrei senz'altro applicato l'eccezione alla regola del caso...Ma non è così..lei torna a casa sconsolata e io le dico .."NO PROBLEM"..BUTTIAMO il buono..Ma .. MAI PIÙ DA DU PASS...ci sono centinaia di negozi dove potere acquistare scarpe e pellame ..magari trattando con persone più "elastiche e avvezze" al commercio.. NEVER AGAIN..DO NOT BUY GIFT VOUCHERS! (ATTENTION TO NOT COMMUNICATED RULES) I state that I bought several products and several gift vouchers in this shop ... I decide to give a voucher to my mother for her eighty years .. she spends part of it and then, after about a year, she comes back to take advantage of the rest of the amount left available .. But .. they answer that it is not possible because the voucher has expired .... ....
