Per fortuna quest’estate in un negozio della Sardegna ho trovato quello che desideravo, ho chiamato subito in azienda e mi ha risposto una gentilissima oltre che estremamente professionale addetta alle vendite. In pochissimo tempo ho ricevuto a casa (con costi di spedizione davvero molto bassi) le mie tanto anelate sospensioni. Sono davvero bellissime e rispecchiano perfettamente ciò che ho visto dal catalogo….La mia è stata davvero un’ottima esperienza con la Siru Srl. For a long time I have been looking for particular suspensions and after a lot of research I could not find what was right for me. Fortunately, this summer in a Sardinian shop I found what I wanted, I immediately called the company and a very kind as well as extremely professional sales assistant answered me. In a very short time I received my long-awaited suspensions at home (with very low shipping costs). They are really beautiful and perfectly reflect what I saw from the catalog .... Mine was a truly excellent experience with Siru Srl.

Il titolare non ha mai ammesso il problema sostenendo che il supporto non fosse storto e dicendo che la lampada essendo realizzato a mano non poteva essere perfetta. Invece che sostituire il pezzo difettoso si è limitato a raddrizzare il supporto con le mani ma la piantana continua a non chiudersi correttamente. A quel punto abbiamo richiesto il risarcimento che ci è stato negato. I bought a floor lamp from this company but it had a serious defect, the cover did not align well as the support iron was wrong. The owner never admitted the problem by claiming that the support was not crooked and saying that the lamp being handmade could not be perfect. Instead of replacing the defective part, he just straightened the support with his hands but the upright still does not close properly. At that point we requested the compensation which was denied to us.

Communication and service were good, and the lamps arrived in timely fashion, as promised. The handcrafted lamps themselves are of excellent craftsmanship and quality, providing a great atmosphere to our bedroom. We fitted the lamps with dimmable Philips Hue lamps, which work really well, providing different shades of white light. I would definitely order again.
