Prenoto una visita con la senologa, mi viene confermato l appuntamento, mi inviano il messaggio per ricordarmi il giorno e non capisco perché non mettano anche l ora.. Comunque il giorno prima dell appuntamento mi chiamano per chiedermi se potevo anticipare di mezz ora la visita, dalle 17,30 alle 17,00..sono un po' insistenti e alla fine accetto.. Il giorno dopo mi presento all appuntamento alle 17,00 puntuale e mi fanno aspettare fino alle 17,45.. Io a quel punto me ne vado senza aver fatto la visita.. La visita costava 158 euro e devo aspettare più di 45 minuti dopo che mi era stato chiesto di presentarmi una mezz ora prima il giorno prima? Non esiste, questi dottori la devono smettere di prendere appuntamenti per accavallarli tutti insieme per fare più soldi.. Il tempo delle altre persone vale come il loro.. However, the day before the appointment they call me to ask if I could bring the visit forward by half an hour, from 5.30 pm to 5.00 pm .. they are a bit insistent and in the end I accept .. The next day I show up for the appointment at 5 pm, 00 punctual and they make me wait until 17.45 .. At that point I leave without having made the visit .. The visit cost 158 euros and I have to wait more than 45 minutes after I was asked to introduce myself for half an hour before the day before? It doesn't exist, these doctors have to stop making appointments to cross them all together to make more money .. Other people's time is as good as theirs ..
G	Gabriele Ravaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato scarsa professionalità, pessima esperienza con test genetico, pessima gestione del risultato del test, la Dott.sa neanche aveva letto il risultato quando cmq per telefono ci ha dato informazioni errate dicendo cose gravi e che invece gravi nn erano, si cercano soluzioni con incremento della spesa senza considerare già la spesa effettuata e senza considerare che una coppia in quel momento è senza difese ....sconsigliatissimo !!!! Molto meglio andare a Bologna al Gynepro li sono dei professionisti, anche al Bufalini fanno ridere il genetista è ridicolo, non professionale .. Il dottore non mi è sembrato per niente esperto e ha dovuto fare eco più volte facendo piangere a lungo mio figlio. Non so se farla rifare da qualcuno più competente. Capisco il business di questi tempi, ma i clienti sono sempre essere umani che chiedono aiuto e attenzione a dei medici, soprattutto quando si è ad una prima gravidanza. The single star says everything about what I think about this center and about their availability, sensitivity and professionalism. I understand business these days, but customers are always human beings who ask for help and attention from doctors, especially when it is a first pregnancy.

Fatta inoltre eco alle anche a mia figlia, ho avuto un confronto molto costruttivo con il medico. Tempi di prenotazione brevi e costi in linea con il mercato.
