★ ★ ★ ★ ★ debbo fare alcune rimostranze nei confronti di Hera per quanto riguarda le bollette che stanno arrivando in pagamento a Febbraio. Sia per quel che concerne la bolletta inerente al consumo del gas che quella relativa al servizio di elettricità, ho visto una nuova voce inserita nelle bollette chiamata spesa per il trasporto e gestione del contatore che prima non c'era e che è quasi pari al consumo stimato. Come è possibile? DI COSA SI TRATTA? Ho provato a chiamare il servizio ripetutamente ma purtroppo non ti rispondono anzi non ti dicono nemmeno resti in linea per non perdere la priorità bensi dicono di richiamare. Si potrebbe approfondire la questione?

I have to make some complaints against Hera regarding the bills that are coming in payment in February. Both for what concerns the bill concerning the consumption of gas and that relating to the electricity service, I saw a new item inserted in the bills called the expense for transport and management of the meter that was not there before and is almost equal to consumption valued. How is it possible? WHAT IS IT ABOUT? I tried to call the service repeatedly but unfortunately they don't answer you, in fact they don't even tell you to stay on the line so as not to lose the priority but they say to call back. Could the matter be investigated further?
