★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima....squallida esperienza. Ho portato un guanto chiedendo se fosse stato possibile ripararli. Mi è stato detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere. Dopo due settimane.. nulla... così vado in negozio a chiedere info. Mi risponde che non aveva fatto nulla e che mi avrebbe chiamato in settimana per farmi sapere sulla possibilità di riprazione. Dopo tre settimane ancora nulla, quindi ritorno al negozio e mi dice che non ha fatto nulla, che non sa se è possibile ripararli e che io non sono l'unico cliente. Una vergogna! Anche l'arroganza, la maleducazione e l'ignoranza di attaccare e non chiedere spontaneamente scusa per la sua poca professionalità. Ci sono altri bravi sarti in zona... andate da loro e lasciate perdere questo!
Bad .... seedy experience. I brought a glove asking if it was possible to fix them. I was told he would let me know. After two weeks ... nothing ... so I go to the shop to ask for info. He replied that he had done nothing and that he would call me this week to let me know about the possibility of recovery. After three weeks still nothing, so I go back to the shop and he tells me that he has done nothing, that he does not know if it is possible to fix them and that I am not the only customer. A shame! Even the arrogance, rudeness and ignorance of attacking and not spontaneously apologize for his lack of professionalism. There are other good tailors in the area ... go to them and forget about this one!
