★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza per il recruiting. Procedura eccessivamente lunga, pretesa di conoscenza esagerata da parte dei potenziali candidati, nessuna considerazione delle spese viaggio sostenute e del tempo impiegato per sostenere i loro colloqui. Assolutamente sconsigliata per essere una ONG.
Bad experience for recruiting. Excessively lengthy procedure, claim of exaggerated knowledge on the part of potential candidates, no consideration of the travel expenses incurred and the time taken to hold their interviews. Absolutely not recommended for being an NGO.
