Chiamo per sapere se è possibile ordinare una manopola di plastica dell'Hotpoint Ariston (piano cottura) e la gentile signora al telefono mi risponde che non basta portare una foto, nè eventualmente della manopola da sostituire...bisogna smontare il forno e leggere sotto il piano cottura il numero seriale. Unica via. Le spiego che su amazon ci sono le stesse manopole ma di colore diverso...ma sono quelle (!)...quanti modelli ci saranno (?)...lei seccata - come se mi stesse vendendo l'ultimo modello si un Saturn V - mi dice che è l'unico modo per sostituire la manopola. Chiamo il N.E.S.A.T. 1990, via Livorno, che molto gentilmente mi dice che si, la foto basta e avanza. Amen. Courtesy, this unknown. Anche la signora al banco ( la titolare ) TROPPO RIPETO TROPPO TIRATA . Tutti abbiamo delle spese ma un occhio di riguardo NEI CONFRONTI DEI TECNICI !!!!!
