★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lasciato il mio Navibot Samsung ad inizio Agosto, non mi hanno mai chiamato, li ho dovuti sempre chiamare io. Dopo quasi un mese e mezzo non sono riusciti a risolvere il problema e hanno continuato a tergiversare. Risultato? Sono andato a ritirare l’aspirapolvere esattamente come l’avevo lasciata. Depennati!
 I left my Samsung Navibot in early August, they never called me, I always had to call them myself. After nearly a month and a half they failed to solve the problem and continued to beat around the bush. Result? I went to pick up the vacuum cleaner exactly as I left it. Cross out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato in assistenza il mio televisore Samsung comprato 4 mesi fa per un problema di mancanza di audio.
Il servizio è stato veloce, l'indomani hanno sostituito la scheda madre a fronte dei 4 giorni prospettatemi in caso di richiesta dei componenti di ricambio.
C'è stato un problema video forse dovuto ad un connettore impolverato, lo riporto in assistenza e viene risolto.
I took my Samsung TV bought 4 months ago for service due to a lack of sound problem.
The service was fast, the next day they replaced the motherboard for the 4 days given to me in case of request for spare parts.
There was a video problem perhaps due to a dusty connector, I bring it back to assistance and it is solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e bugìiardi, nonostate il sito sky come da foto riporti che chiude alle 20 arrivo li oggi alle 19.35 e i dipendenti barricati dentro mi dicono che chiude alle 19.30, faccio presente che il sito e sky comunicano che l'ora di chiusura viene indicata errata e che ho solo 5 minuti di ritardo secondo il loro orario, e che dovevo solo restituire l'apparato essendo loro ancora tutti in negozio, mi viene risposto che per l'orario è un problema di sky non loro e che sky alle 19.30 gli toglie la linea, cosa ovviamente falsa dato che altri centri sky della provincia restano operativi anche sino alle 20.30. Ho fatto anche presente che mi sono fatto 2 ore di fila in auto per andarci appositamente e che per 5 minuti ,essendo tutti li , potevano farmi la cortesia, ma nulla. Gente che non ha voglia di lavorare e che forse non merita lo sky service, provvedo a segnalare tutto a sky italia. Vergogna, mai piu' cliente sky grazie a voi, dal vostro negozio non ci passerò piu' neanche davanti. ovviamente anche su google l'orario è errato riporta le 20 anche qui, ma non è responsabilità del negozio verificare che in portali così importanti come google abbiano le informazioni corrette, cosi come il portale sky. Non meritate nessuno dei marchi che forse gestite.

Obviously, even on google the time is wrong, it shows 20 here too, but it is not the shop's responsibility to check that in such important portals as google they have the correct information, as well as the sky portal. You don't deserve any of the brands you possibly manage.
