★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dire che il signor Danilo e il suo staff sono al servizio del cliente è molto riduttivo: ti contattano sia telefonicamente che con whatsapp per accertarsi della tua soddisfazione e che tutto vada bene, ti riservano la stessa attenzione e la stessa premura che riserverebbero ad un amico e tale ti senti. Il rapporto è iniziato con l'acquisto, da parte mia, di una macchina per caffè rigenerata e arrivata danneggiata, il signor Danilo ha provveduto immediatamente a inviare un corriere al mio domicilio per il ritiro e in seguito me ne ha mandato un'altra in sostituzione e tutto senza che io abbia dovuto sborsare un solo centesimo in più di ciò che avevo pagato inizialmente. Seri, competenti e con prezzi competitivi, più che consigliati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendono macchine da caffè che ormai non servono più e te le vendono per buone, macchina pagata 275,00 euro.
Dopo 4 mesi già non funzionava più, ho chiamato più volte ma tutti mi rispondevano che dovevano parlare con il titolare. Il titolare il sign. Danilo prima di vendere mi chiamava anche lui dopo che la macchina non funzionava più è diventato latitante.
È bello vendere così, diffidate di queste persone state attenti hanno ancora macchine da caffè sul loro sito o su subito eBay e via dicendo.
