★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che sia li abbandonato ! Quando si potrebbe risistemare e creare magari una bella locanda o agriturismo in mezzo al verde del parco .... magari perché no ... arrivando li esclusivamente a piedi o in bici !
Too bad it's abandoned! When you could rearrange and create maybe a nice inn or farmhouse in the middle of the green of the park .... maybe why not ... arriving there exclusively on foot or by bike!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il castello, non visitabile, si trova all’interno dello stupendo parco naturale del castello di Stupinigi.
Il castello di Stupinigi era una delle palazzine di caccia della famiglia Reale, i Savoia. Sulla cupola del castello svetta la statua bronzea di un cervo.
Il castello di Paroaglia risale al XII secolo. Il parco in cui si trova è molto grande. La vegetazione, molto varia, comprende, oltre alle piante ed arbusti tipici della regione, querce millenarie. Esistono percorsi segnalati sia per joggers sia per bikers ed alcuni sono percorribili a cavallo. Spesso si possono incontrare animali allo stato brado. Intorno al parco una vasta scelta di agriturismo e di trattorie ove gustare i piatti del territorio.

The castle, which cannot be visited, is located inside the beautiful natural park of the Stupinigi castle.
The Stupinigi castle was one of the hunting houses of the Royal family, the Savoy. On the dome of the castle stands the bronze statue of a deer.
Paroaglia Castle dates back to the XII century. The park in which it is located is very large. The vegetation, very varied, includes, in addition to the typical plants and shrubs of the region, millenary oaks. There are marked routes for both joggers and bikers and some are passable on horseback. Wild animals can often be encountered. Around the park a wide choice of farmhouses and trattorias where you can taste the local dishes.
