★ ★ ★ ★ ★ המקום מדהים ומומלץ. חבל שהוא מוזנח. אין פחי אשפה. מעט מאד שלטים ורק באיטלקית. אין נגישות לנכים.
 The place is amazing and recommended. Too bad it's neglected. There are no trash cans. Very few signs and only in Italian. There is no disabled access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupenda passeggiata nonostante le ore calde della giornata, un posto da visitare assolutamente, il castello era chiuso ma Caserta vecchia è suggestiva ed emozionate, panorama mozzafiato e luoghi d'altri tempi, un tuffo nel 1500.
Superb walk despite the hot hours of the day, a place to visit absolutely, the castle was closed but old Caserta is suggestive and excited, breathtaking views and places of other times, a dip in 1500.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Castello di origine longobarda, domina il piccolo borgo medievale di Caserta vecchia. È caratterizzato da una torre a pianta circolare e da una corte interna sul cui parato spicca una bifora, entrambe risalenti ai rifacimenti della struttura databili ad epoche successive. La struttura attuale è solo parte di quella originaria. Il luogo è suggestivo ed è circondato da un boschetto di conifere.
Castle of Lombard origin, dominates the small medieval village of old Caserta. It is characterized by a circular tower and an internal courtyard on which a mullioned window stands out, both dating back to the reconstruction of the structure dating back to later times. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is another beautiful site to visit. It's only a 25-35 minute drive up the hill from Caserta. Once at the top there is plenty of parking. You have many options to eat or just bring a food for a picnic. Nice historic town walk with narrow streets. The castle grounds is lovely. Plenty of spots for pictures. Always have good walking shoes and don't be in a hurry. Weather was nice, enjoy this romantic spot.
