More than a castle it was a lookout post. And yet, the beautiful location and the good state of conservation make it an element of charm. In recent years, the premises have been used for exhibitions and events.

Normally closed, it is open for civil ceremonies. The view from the reception room is fantastic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom Castello di Bonassola aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über Bonassola und die ganze Bucht. Das Castello ist einen guten Zustand, leider war eine Besichtigung von Innen bzw. das Betreten der Treppe auf die Plattform des Kastells nicht möglich.
From the Castello di Bonassola you have a wonderful view over Bonassola and the whole bay. The castle is in good condition, unfortunately it was not possible to view the inside or to step onto the stairs on the platform of the castle.
