★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean with parking (paid) and friendly staff. The best thing of this B&B id the location! Nearly in front of the Piazza Pretoria is a stone throw away from monuments and restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very accomodating. The owner and staff, especially Antonio and Margerita were very friendly and professional. The rooms were always cleaned, the breakfast was great! I would highly recommend this BnB to anyone who is looking to stay in Palermo, Sicily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, convenient, friendly and helpful...the two Giuseppes are more than welcoming. My room was spacious and immaculate. Location is central to everything...a 5- to 10-minute walk to most sites and markets. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We liked it here. Very kind staff. Located in a beautiful location, near many cafes and restaurants, shops. Room cleaning was done every day. There are shelves with books left by the guests. Special thanks for these books. A small minus: the refrigerator buzzed around the clock in the room, woke up in the morning. I would like cheese and some fruit for breakfast. Not everyone prefers flour products. For the rest - thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good value for money. The breakfast included was good too. Location very good - near the sites and the station. Room and bathroom more spacious than most budget hotels. My only complaints are that there are no English channels on the TV and they forgot to give us fresh towels on our last day (they brought us new ones straight after I phoned them).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 3 nights at Cassaro 261 and enjoyed it very much indeed. The building is great and in amazing location. The staff were really very friendly indeed, helpful and efficient. Our room was clean, large and looked over the street. Breakfast was good too, typical and tasty stuff. I highly recommend this place for a stay. Parking is tricky as anywhere in central Palermo, we picked a garage out of the zone and walked in for 9€ a day. Also, as anywhere in a town in Italy and are a light sleeper, bring earplugs :)
