★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tempistica da cambiare. Dopo 1 settimana di attesa i risultati non arrivavano. Ho chiamato venerdì mi hanno detto che le manderanno, ma niente. Ho richiamato 1 giorno dopo mattina (era sabato) e mi hanno detto che alle 13.00 mi manderanno (impossibile visto che alle 11.00 chiudevano). Dovevo richiamare terza volta lunedì per ricevere i risultati.
Oltre questa esperienza negativa lo studio piccolo ma per le analisi non ho aspettato tanto. Tutto molto facile, molto riservati. Tutto tramite groupon - da questo punto di vista lo consiglio.
The timing to change. After 1 week of waiting the results did not come. I called on Friday they said they will send them, but nothing. I called back 1 day after morning (it was Saturday) and they told me that at 13.00 they will send me (impossible since they closed at 11.00). I had to call back third time on Monday to get the results.
Beyond this negative experience, the study was small but I didn't wait long for the analyzes. All very easy, very reserved. All through groupon - from this point of view I recommend it.
