★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mezz'ora fermi a due macchine dalla sbarra per problemi sulla lettura carte di credito, al mio turno l'operatore non si è neanche degnato di spiegarmi il problema ci sono dovuto arrivare per logica e sono stato io che ho richiesto lo scontrino senza che l'operatore me lo proponesse, scontrino con cui ho pagato poi in tabaccheria una commissione per l'operazione per un disservizio del sistema e non per mio errore. Questa è l'Italia.
