C	C F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa che immagino possa essere d'aiuto ad altri: auto arrivata a gennaio 2022 diversa da quella ordinata da contratto, tra le altre cose con scomodi sedili a regolazione manuale (invece che a regolazione elettrica con memoria come previsto nel contratto). Costretto a prenderla contro la mia volontà perché mi serve per lavoro. In cambio dei disagi arrecati hanno offerto un contentino, ma resta che la vettura non è quella che doveva essere, con variazioni per me gravi rispetto al contratto: non avrei acquistato l'auto se lo avessi saputo all'inizio o nella fase di produzione. Appena incassato l’importo sono spariti. Per loro a quanto pare il contratto vincola solo l’acquirente a pagare. Posso fornire tutta la documentazione a chiunque sia interessato. Aggiunto dopo la replica del Concessionario: Pregherei L'Auto di verificare meglio prima di far passare il cliente per scorretto: l'auto arrivata mancava dei seguenti pezzi previsti nel contratto: U19, 871, 242, 275, H23, come da messaggio telefonico e per email del suo addetto che posso esibire pubblicamente. Aggiungo, se la questione è di correttezza, che 10 gg. prima di pubblicare questa recensione ho inviato una lettera per email e per raccomandata al Direttore spiegandogli le mie ragioni e pregandolo di confermarmi la ricezione della mail. Il Direttore ha deciso di non rispondere e non ho mai ricevuto ad oggi alcun riscontro dalla Concessionaria. Negative experience that I imagine will help others: car arrived in January 2022 different from the one ordered by contract, among other things with uncomfortable seats with manual adjustment (instead of electrically adjustable with memory as stipulated in the contract). Forced to take it against my will because I need it for work. In exchange for the inconvenience caused, they offered a sop, but the car is not what it should have been, with serious changes to the contract for me: I would not have bought the car if I had known it at the beginning or in the production phase. As soon as the amount was collected, they disappeared. For them, apparently the contract only binds the buyer to pay. I can provide all documentation to anyone interested. Added after the reply of the Dealer: I would ask The Car to check better before passing the customer as incorrect: the car that arrived lacked the following parts provided for in the contract: U19, 871, 242, 275, H23, as per telephone message and by email from his employee which I can publicly exhibit. I add, if the question is of correctness, that 10 days. before publishing this review I sent a letter by email and by registered mail to the Director explaining my reasons and asking him to confirm receipt of the email. The Director has decided not to answer and I have never received any feedback from the Dealer to date.
