★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica sera 1 agosto alle 22 non mi leggeva il biglietto e sono stata 15 Min ferma a girare e rigirare il biglietto ma niente. Per la mia sfortuna mi è capitato unico addetto al casello scortese. Poi ho risolto dopo tre giorni al Punto blu (gentilissimo il personale) ma ho perso un pomeriggio +i soldi del casello + la benzina visto che abito 50 km distante.
 Sunday evening 1 August at 22 he did not read me the ticket and I was stopped 15 Min to turn the ticket over and over but nothing. To my bad luck I happened to be the only rude attendant at the toll booth. Then I solved after three days at the Blue Point (very kind staff) but I lost an afternoon + the money from the toll booth + the gasoline since I live 50 km away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile ma anche inaccettabile che al giorno d'oggi esistano I furbetti della fila specie ai varchi con la Carte, una esperienza "irrinunciabile" specie per chi rientra a Roma durante il weekend nel tardo pomeriggio. A questo casello per ben tre volte, nel corso degli ultimi 2 anni, non mi è stato rilasciato il tagliando pertanto ho dovuto subire la scocciatura del pagamento in differita ad Autostrade.
Incredible but also unacceptable that nowadays there are the crafty ones in line especially at the gates with the Carte, an "essential" experience especially for those who return to Rome during the weekend in the late afternoon. At this toll booth three times, over the last 2 years, I was not issued the coupon so I had to suffer the hassle of deferred payment to Autostrade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pessima esperienza alla corsia delle "carte" perché il lettore era ostruito da un oggetto metallico. Inutile dire che tantissime auto hanno dovuto fare retromarcia ed io ad aspettare diversi minuti l'operatore per rilasciarmi lo scontrino da pagare entro 15 giorni, ed altri diversi minuti per alzare la sbarra. Cioè si sceglie la corsia della carte per essere più veloci e invece ci si ritrova fregati.
Bad experience today in the "card" lane because the reader was obstructed by a metal object. Needless to say, many cars had to reverse and I had to wait several minutes for the operator to issue me the receipt to be paid within 15 days, and several more minutes to raise the bar. That is, you choose the lane of the cards to be faster and instead you find yourself screwed.
