G	Giorgio Vidic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il Covid è cambiato...in peggio,la toilette uomo/donna è piccola è stretta, sono dei container dimezzati per servizi igienici,il bar ha una entrata che passa inosservata, non ha molto assortimento, ed il personale è molto indifferente!Brutta esperienza( una volta era.. eccellente!). Però quando sono aperti sono molto cordiali ed i prezzi sono ottimi per essere in autostrada non gonfiano come altri. Boh a gas station on the highway that closes in the evening never seen. Se dovete viaggiare con auto a metano rifornitevi prima altrimenti ti creano un problema. Premetto che ho chiamato prima di andare proprio per chiedere se ci fosse il metano. Pessimi Rude, rude and unprofessional staff. There is never methane or the pump does not work. If you have to travel with methane cars, refuel first otherwise they create a problem for you. Faccio decine di rifornimenti in giro per l'Italia ed è obbligatorio fare fattura, per cui ho tutti i dati sempre con me. Alla richiesta di fattura il gestore con un rapido gesto della mano mi ha indicato un foglio sul bancone con un indirizzo web (tra l'altro sbagliato "www" non va inserito) come se fosse normale che ci arrivassi da solo solo perché era lì. CON IP PERDI TEMPO. Nel mio caso 1 ora e 15' Il numero verde del servizio clienti è stato pressoché inutile e sgarbato. I dati con cui fatturo in qualunque altro esercizio commerciale sul loro sito non bastano. Ne vogliono di più, probabilmente per il loro database. E in più vogliono: 1) Una foto dello scontrino, ma non superiore ai 2 MB. Quindi sono dovuto impazzire per ridurla con filtri, crop e vari salvataggi per fargliela accettare. 2) il numero dello scontrino 3) il codice della stazione di servizio 4) il costo al litro del rifornimento 5) la quantità di carburante erogata Ed infine per tante volte mi ha dato un messaggio di errore riguardante la data (corretta) selezionata dal loro calendario. Immaginate di dover ri-immettere ogni volta tutti questi dati... Per risolvere la cosa ho dovuto inviare la foto dello scontrino sul PC e da lì dopo un paio di prove l'ha accettata. Spero vivamente arrivi la fattura...spero. Bad. I work under contract for a multinational. Imagine having to re-enter all this data every time ... To solve the problem I had to send the photo of the receipt to the PC and from there after a couple of tests he accepted it. I sincerely hope the invoice arrives ... I hope.
