★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace...so che le mozzarelle da quelle parti sono buonissime, ma ieri mio marito era di passaggio e ha comprato delle mozzarelle di fior di latte......noi siamo abituati a mangiare buone mozzarelle....e purtroppo credo che ci abbiamo dato mozzarelle non tanto fresche...e non fatte bene, troppo dure consistenza formaggio senza siero all'interno e non avevano molto sapore...mi dispiace...forse lo hanno visto forestiero e non gli hanno dato il meglio.....ma dovrebbero altrimenti fuori non si fanno buona nomina....mi dispiace..ma ho detto quello che era giusto..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi prodotti, in particolare ho apprezzato la toma e le fior di latte, compatte al punto giusto, non mollicce e stracolme di siero come spesso capita di trovare. Peccato non producano mozzarelle di bufala.
Excellent products, in particular I appreciated the toma and fior di latte, compact to the right point, not soggy and overflowing with whey as you often find. Too bad they don't produce buffalo mozzarella.
