Una delle cose che mangio subito quando arrivo sono le mozzarelle ed il caciocavallo. Da quando però ho assaggiato quelli del Caseificio Starace nessun altro mi soddisfa piú: un sapore unico, genuino, di altri tempi. Assolutamente straordinari. Milanese by adoption but Lucanian by origin. I always return to my homeland where my family lives. One of the things I eat immediately when I arrive are mozzarella and caciocavallo. However, since I tasted those from the Starace Dairy, no one else satisfies me anymore: a unique, genuine flavor of other times. Absolutely extraordinary.
