★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto accogliente; ma siamo rimasti molto delusi dal fatto di aver venduto lo stesso vestito da sposa ad un'altra per il giorno seguente al matrimonio di mia figlia, da precisare che alcuni degli invitati erano gli stessi, provenendo dallo stesso paese.
Non ci si comporta in questo modo dal momento che una sposa ripone tutta la sua fiducia a chi si ritrova davanti, sarte, personale tutto.
Dopo aver ricevuto la foto con l'abito indossato il giorno dopo del matrimonio di mia figlia abbiamo capito anche perché avevano "perso" il kit con gli accessori (che precedentemente avevamo scelto) perché appunto forse era stato dato alla sposa successiva. Insomma un vero e proprio casino.
Da parte nostra pubblicità negativa.
Very welcoming staff; but we were very disappointed in the fact that we sold the same wedding dress to another one for the day following my daughter's wedding, to specify that some of the guests were the same, coming from the same country.
We do not behave in this way since a bride puts all her trust in whoever finds herself in front of her, seamstresses, everything staff.
After receiving the photo with the dress worn the day after my daughter's wedding, we also understood why they had "lost" the kit with accessories (which we had previously chosen) because perhaps it was given to the next bride. In short, a real mess.
On our part, negative publicity.
