In questa città il culto del latte vaccino come punto di partenza per preparare latticini è sempre ben radicato nella popolazione. Come distinguersi tra tante offerte, molto simili, sul territorio? Non è un caso che questo piccolo caseificio lavora il solo latte delle sue vacche, frisone, pezzate, ma queste belle mucche non se ne stanno chiuse in stalla. Per niente! Escono al pascolo, ed arricchiscono il loro latte con i profumi della primavera, i fiorellini e l'erbetta di campo, in piena "felicità". Mi ha sorpreso il gusto del loro gelato. Insomma se passate nelle vicinanze é una sosta caldamente consigliata. I tasted the products of this dairy and found them to be of excellent quality.
