Ho acquistato al banco una scamorza affumicata chiedendo la provenienza del latte, mi è stato risposto che era italiano. Purtroppo, fidandomi, ho scoperto solo a casa che sull'etichetta dello scontrino c'era scritto che la provenienza del latte era UE. Certo, anche l'Italia è in UE. Oggi al banco della carne ho chiesto se la provenienza della carne bovina fosse italiana poiché la stessa non recava alcuna etichetta espositiva da cui si potesse evincere prezzo o provenienza. Certo, come no! È stata la risposta dell'addetta. Questa volta ho controllato l'etichetta dello scontrino: nato UE, allevato Italia, macellato Italia. Sarà sicuramente carne buonissima, ma questa volta non è venuta insieme a me alla cassa. Trasparenza, questa sconosciuta. Buon arrosto e con i miei migliori auguri di buona Pasqua. Unfortunately, trusting me, I only discovered at home that on the receipt label it was written that the origin of the milk was EU. Of course, Italy is also in the EU. Today at the meat counter I asked if the origin of the beef was Italian since it did not bear any display label from which price or origin could be deduced. Sure why not! It was the answer of the clerk. This time I checked the receipt label: born in the EU, raised in Italy, butchered in Italy.
