Il locale, piccolo ma accogliente, conserva la passione per la cultura culinaria locale, quella fatta da grani, carni e verdure, senza considerare queste su livelli differenti. La cucina propone le intramontabili specialità lucane: Cavatelli (o Ferretti) con mollica fritta e Cruschi, Fusilli alla salsiccia, Baccalà in umido con Cruschi, Orecchiette al ragù di cinghiale, Orecchiette con cime di rape, tutti i piatti accompagnati (meglio, innaffiati!) da una buona scelta di vini locali e selezionati del territorio. Indiscutibile la simpatia di Mimì, lo chef patron, che sa consigliarti il piatto del giorno, unito ad un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo A few steps from Piazza M. Pagano, Mimì is the right place to try the flavors of good traditional Lucan cuisine. The local, small but cozy, keeps the passion for the local culinary culture, one made from grains, meats and vegetables, regardless of these different levels. The kitchen offers timeless Lucanian specialties: Cavatelli (or Ferretti) with fried breadcrumbs and Cruschi, Fusilli with sausage, Codfish stewed with Cruschi, Orecchiette with wild boar ragout, Orecchiette with turnip tops, all accompanied dishes (better, watered!) ) from a good selection of local and selected local wines. The sympathy of Mimì, the chef patron, who knows how to recommend the dish of the day, combined with an excellent quality / price ratio, is indisputable.

Tasty dinner, simple dishes but with excellent well-cooked products, when the raw material does not need to be covered with aromas and sauces! very kind and caring owners.
F	Fulvio Boatta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 35 euro per un piatto di pasta condito con mollica e peperoncino (10 euro), un baccalà stufato con peperoncino (15 euro), un acqua (2 euro), una birra (4.50) e un amaro (sembrava offerto dalla casa). Purtroppo non c'è alcun menù per vedere i prezzi. È imbarazzante dover chiedere spiegazioni sui prezzi quando questi non sono manifesti e come in questo caso esagerati (un piatto di pasta tanto semplice a 10 euro è esagerato). Una delusione. 35 euros for a plate of pasta dressed with breadcrumbs and chilli (10 euros), a stewed cod with chilli (15 euros), a water (2 euros), a beer (4.50) and an amaro (it seemed offered by the house). Unfortunately there is no menu to see the prices. It is embarrassing to have to ask for explanations on prices when these are not manifest and as in this case exaggerated (such a simple plate of pasta for 10 euros is exaggerated). A delusion.

Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und freundlich, + der Chef von der Küche ist raus gekommen und hat mit uns geredet. Sehr angenehme Klima allgemein, gute Eindruck. Wenn ich in der nähe bin werde ich wieder hierhin kommen. Good experience, we went there with 12 people and even at 2pm (15 would have closed them). The staff were nice and friendly, + the boss from the kitchen came out and talked to us. Very pleasant climate in general, good impression. When I'm around I'll come back here.

Ci ha accolti il proprietario consigliandoci i piatti del giorno. Ci sono stati serviti antipasti misti deliziosi (peperoni cruschi, crostini pecorino e fichi, fiori di zucca in pastella); per mio padre, vegetariano, è stato improvvisato un super piatto misto di formaggi e verdure gustosissime cucinate in modo originale. Abbiamo anche ordinato tre porzioni di salsiccia alla griglia con un insolito ma graditissimo contorno di 'cime di zucca' leggermente piccanti. Il tutto annaffiato da una Malvasia fresca e beverina. Infine abbiamo assaggiato una torta squisita a base di quattro tipi di cioccolato (se non erro). In chiusura ci sono state offerte delle prugne 'goccia di luna'. Nota bene: olio extravergine di produzione locale saporito e aromatico. Il servizio è stato estremamente cortese e attento e il costo modico. Consigliamo a tutti. Ci è piaciuto talmente tanto che ho fotografato solo i crostini con i fichi. Torneremo presto. I was in this 'historic' restaurant (50 years in business) last night with my family. The owner greeted us and recommended the specials of the day. We were served delicious mixed starters (cruschi peppers, pecorino and fig croutons, battered zucchini flowers); for my father, a vegetarian, a super mixed plate of cheeses and very tasty vegetables cooked in an original way was improvised. We also ordered three servings of grilled sausage with an unusual but very welcome side dish of slightly spicy 'pumpkin tops'. All washed down with a fresh and drinkable Malvasia. Finally we tasted an exquisite cake made with four types of chocolate (if I'm not mistaken). In closing we were offered some 'drop of the moon' plums. Please note: Tasty and aromatic locally produced extra virgin olive oil. The service was extremely courteous and attentive and the cost was moderate. We recommend to everyone. We liked it so much that I only photographed the croutons with figs. We will be back soon.

I titolari, gestione familiare, sono molto simpatici e disponibili e ci hanno raccontato tutti i segreti dei peperoni cruschi. È molto piacevole che il cuoco si siede accanto al tavolo e si mette a disposizione Per raccontare con la sua immensa passione i piatti che porta al tavolo, e le materie prime che ha selezionato per i clienti come il caciocavallo da cinque stelle lusso. Stupendo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Merita la visita, conto basso. Qualitá prezzo molto piu che perfetto
